Now here is a switch - a store with lots of staff - who know what they are doing and who actually check with the customer to see if they can help. That's a lot like the "old days" of customer service. Home Hardware almost always seems to have those things that you can't find anywhere. As a bonus this store also sells appliances. All of it located in a funky old building.
